Non-Credit Card Processing

For CFN, TCH, and Inbound

This support plan is for non-credit card processing customers.
CFN, TCH, and Inbound only

The plan includes:
• Activation — Installation Support (Customers purchasing new Abierto Gateway(s) will need to purchase a support plan before receiving activation support)
• 24 / 7 — 365 day troubleshooting & help desk support for a low monthly fee
• Free reconfigurations as needed
• Cost: $240.00 per year. $40.00 One Time set up fee, billed annually
• Minimum 1 Year Contract

Secure Gateway – Credit Card Processing

For Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Comdata, Paymentech and Paymentech Net Connect.

The Secure Gateway account applies to Abierto Gateway IP Converters that are processing credit cards. This account enables Secure SSL Encrypted transport of the credit card transactions to the processor.

The plan includes:
• 24/7 help desk and monitoring services

1GB data per month (per device) $45.95 a month / $551.40 a year — this plan is billed annually

Activation Fee $69.95 (one time only fee)

Overage Fee $20.00 (per each additional GB over 1GB)
