Plan 1


Non-Credit Card Processing

For CFN, TCH, and Inbound

This support plan is for non-credit card processing customers.
CFN, TCH, and Inbound only

The plan includes:
• 24 / 7 – 365 day support
• New support phone number
• Free reconfigurations as needed due to equipment changes
• Cost: $20.00 per site, per month, billed Annually
• $40.00 one time setup fee
• Minimum 1 Year contract

Customers purchasing a new Abierto Gateway(s) will continue to receive installation support.
Once the Abierto Gateway is installed and operating, enrollment is required for continued support from our help desk.

Secure Gateway – Credit Card Processing

For Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Comdata, Paymentech and Paymentech Net Connect.

The Secure Gateway account applies to Abierto Gateway IP Converters that are processing credit cards. This account enables Secure SSL Encrypted transport of the credit card transactions to the processor.

VERY IMPORTANT — Please take note of the following:
1. Sign up for Secure Gateway Support plan — Allow 24-48 hours to process

2. An appointment is required (no exceptions) for support to upgrade your IP Converter

3. You will need a technician or a person knowledgeable with the operation of your POS or Site Controller on site during the activation appointment.

4. You must have a laptop or computer at the site — most cases will require us to remote in and re-flash the unit to an updated configuration and point to the proper portal. Please make sure you have downloaded TeamViewer 12.
