Abierto Introduces New Cellular IP Converter Product Line

Broadband or Satellite connectivity.

Exeter, NH – May 4th, 2010 – Abierto Networks announced today the introduction of its new family of Cellular IP Converters. Using CDMA technology, the AG-7300 family of Cellular IP Converters will deliver high speed transactions to sites and applications previously unreachable with DSL or Cable. Cellular connectivity can be used as a very cost-effective alternative to phone line dial back-up, or as the primary method of connectivity in certain applications like ATMs and Fleet Cards.

“We are very excited about the possible applications for this product”, said Rick Sales, president of Abierto Networks. “While this platform was originally developed to meet the needs of the ATM market, its functionality delivers real benefits to remote locations in need of good alternatives to satellite and phone connectivity.”
