Metadata groups and tags allow content to be liked with the correct display, or group of displays. These characteristics are set during the onboarding process, and can be changed over time. For complex networks of displays, the Abierto team will help design your group and tag structure to make uploads as quick, easy and effective as possible.

Upload Content

OPEN.CMS’ intelligent content uploader applies metadata characteristics and playback range to content on upload. This correlates each piece of content with the correct display and dates – without having to manually create a schedule. Content can be uploaded individually or in groups to speed up the process.

OPEN.CMS’ device manager gives users a real-time look at playback. Manage devices as single displays, locations, or groups. The device manager page shows device status, current playback, groups & tags, and other pertinent metadata. For smart devices – OPEN. has the ability to track device connectivity, power, and playback. Remote management functions can troubleshoot issues through remote resets and content management. If remote troubleshooting isn’t enough, OPEN. can generate a ticket or email to begin the repair process automatically.
