Abierto Gateway SPG Information

For payment and management of your Abierto Gateway you will need to set up a secure payment account with PDI Software. This account applies to Abierto Gateway IP Converters that are processing credit cards* and also non-credit card locations. The account will enable secure SSL encryption to your processor and will also include activation support, 24/7 help desk and monitoring services. Please read the contract before signing up. 

*(for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Comdata, Paymentech, Paymentech Netconnect, CFN, TCH & EFS)

Please note: If your site(s) are currently under the Abierto Gateway Support Plan – your plan will not automatically renew.  

Action is required due to the discontinuation of the Abierto Gateway Support Program.

Notices are being sent out 30 days or more before your renewal month. You must switch your service to PDI’s SPG Package for uninterrupted service at your site(s). Please follow the instructions below:
